How do I apply for a Residency?
Sunday November 08, 2009
For 2008, we are using CTools, an electronic system for you to submit all of your application materials.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR APPLYING ONLINE
You must complete the following three steps to gain access to the online site where you will submit your materials.
STEP 1. - Set up a UM "Friend Account"
For directions on how to set up a CTools "Friend Account", please go to: http://www.itd.umich.edu/itcsdocs/s4316/
"Friend Accounts" allow non-UM personnel to access basic University online resources.
STEP 2. - Contact John Clark via Email
Please send an email to John Clark at johnclar@umich.edu indicating your intention to apply. Upon receiving your email, We will authorize your "Friend Account" to access the Pharmacy Residency portion of the CTools system.
PLEASE NOTE: The email you use to set up your "Friend Account" must be the same email account you submit to John. Otherwise CTools will not allow you to access the Residency application section.
STEP 3. - Access the CTools Website
After receiving confirmation from John, access the CTools website at: http://ctools.umich.edu and select the option at the top labeled: "UM Rx Residency-Recruitment".
Additional instructions for completing the application process will be available on the CTools website at that point.
